About the church

Founded in May 2004, Grace Hills Baptist Church has grown and thrives as a mission outpost for the kingdom of God. With a heart for one another and a spontaneous welcome to all, the congregation meets each Sunday for Bible study at 10:00 A.M. Worship is at 11:00 A.M in the sanctuary.

Lent is upon us. Join us for any one of our many opportunities to share a meal, be of service to our community, Youth and young adult opportunities volunteering in the community or for fellowship each Sunday and Wednesday.

Bible Study is every Wednesday 6pm.

We resume our monthly ELC coffee service on Tuesday, March 10 from 7-8:30am. Feel free to join us for this wonderful outreach ministry. If you have any questions about this service, ask anyone on Hospitality or stop by the church office.

March 29th is Palm Sunday. You don’t want to miss this amazing service or the activities planned after service! Easter egg hunt, lunch, and Easter activities for the GHBC children after worship. Please confirm by 3/25 if your family plans to attend. We will need eggs filled with individually wrapped candy. Please leave your candy donation in the fellowship hall kitchen.

Join our Men’s Fellowship breakfast at Granny Bee’s on March 11th starting at 8:30am. This is a wonderful time sit and share a meal and start your day with friends.

The Ladies have their monthly fellowship lunch on Thursday, March 12th at OIP starting at noon. Join us for some fun, food and fellowship.

Our January soup & stew lunch was canceled due to severe weather and road conditions. So, we are finally going to have the chance to have this fellowship meal on Sunday, March 15! Please bring a soup, stew, salad or dessert to share and enjoy.

The youth provided and wonderful Baked Potato and Salad Bar lunch on February 15. The Youth have also collected specific items to support Isaiah 117 House. The items were delivered to grateful hands on Saturday, Feb 21.

The Community Outreach Committee wishes to thank all of those who have been so generous and thoughtful in restocking and fulfilling the GHBC Food Locker. In February, we assisted 11 families in need of food from this locker. So thank you very much for caring to feed our local community.

There will not be any Line Dancing for the foreseeable future. Our beloved dance instructor is convalescing with knee issues.

The Senior Exercise class meets at 10am on Tuesday & Thursday. Pickleball follows the exercise class starting at 11:30am. All are welcome to any of these events. Check the current monthly calendar for additional info.

Pickleball is also on Wednesday’s from 6:30-8:30pm and Sunday from 2-4pm.
